The Firm Believers
– 9:30 a.m., Lower Hall ~
This weekly exercise group does
simple stretching exercises designed
to improve agility and balance,
relieve arthritis in the hands, and
to strengthen legs to help prevent
falls. Set your own pace – not all
exercises are done by all members. A
social time with refreshments
follows the exercising. New
members, both women and men, are
welcome at any time.
